- All TGI sports coaches hold a recognised national primary School teaching qualification: minimum FA Primary Teachers Award, Level 5 & 6 in Primary school PE Specialism or Ba(Hons) in Physical Education and Sport.
- All TGI sports coaches hold a first-aid certificate and an enhanced DBS Certificate, undergoing regular child safeguarding training.
- All our coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and possess a wealth of experience.
- Team Get Involved delivers CPD training for PE every half-term, for teachers, TAs and the wider community. This is a great way to develop teaching staff and TGI coaches through professional development programmes.
- We provide safe, forward-thinking and enjoyable sessions, which subsequently create a collaborative environment for children to learn. We ensure that they have access to some of the best equipment, appropriate to age and ability.
- We work with a 1:15 coach to child ratio.
- All our coaches serve as positive role models and promise to work alongside all school staff. We take pride in delivering inclusive coaching, with a tiered structure to promote the development of students parallel to progression of teachers throughout the academic year.
